I have some sweet potatoes in the fridge and since I'm all for trying (and cooking) new and exciting things,
Tomorrow I will be attempting the Honey Chicken Pan-Fry with Lemon and Sweet Potatoes.
The recipe calls for two lemons but I've read comments that some dislike the lemon-y taste and since I don't like the lemon-y taste too much I will be cutting down the amount. Plus, I'll have to walk to the nearby organic store just to get a lemon! Maybe not a big deal to some of you but Malaysia is hot hot! and currently it's getting hotter and hotter! Oh well, need the exercise too.

I don't have rosemary either, or olive oil. I have olive butter though, but I'll just have to make do without the spice.
If I can have anybody's kitchen, I want to have Roger Mooking's from Everyday Exotic. Awesome! He has so many spices and they're all so neatly placed. Loved how he does his work too, very neat and systematic. It was my first time watching his show just now, and he made Papaya Glazed Grilled Chicken.

My daddy needs to exercise. Will try to get him to go for morning jogs with me. More motivation for me to exercise and it's gotta be good for his health too.
Currently, he can't drive anymore cause his vision is blurry. Usually, he drops my sister off at the LRT station and picks her up. Then, he drives my mom to grocery stores or whatever. Also, he drops me off and picks me up when I'm going to work or just going out to hang out.
Now that he can't drive, he's been itching to. Probably doesn't he doesn't want to feel useless, but it's just dangerous to let him drive. So I'm gonna say that I need him to accompany me to jog as sort of a "bodyguard" so maybe he won't feel so useless anymore. Ayah, I still need you <3
